Uninstalled the AVG, cleanedup all the files pertaining to AVG that I could, rebooted, and then reinstalled the AVG software again. I'm unprotected as far as the software is concerned. Found this:on the com site...something about the Manager being corrupted and there is no fix as yet (they're working on it)..all should be still protected from previous updates.
